Well for most people the answer would be at least 3 times per week, however, there are certain people that need to exercise and maintain a healthy level of activity to remain healthy and fit. The first thing that you need to know when answering this question is your lifestyle. There is no hard and fast rule as to how much exercise is good for you because everyone is different, some might need to take breaks from their daily activities on a regular basis, while for others any form of exercise is good. There is however, a general amount of movement that is necessary for the maintenance of good health and well being.

If you are someone that needs to really push themselves then you should plan an exercise routine that will allow you the opportunities to do so. There is no set amount of time that you need to exercise or an amount of weight that you need to lose in order to be healthy and stay that way. The key to staying fit is the variety in your activity and the consistency of it. The more regular and frequent your exercise the more benefits you will receive from it and the more likely you will stay that way. You also want to find an activity or program that you can stick with long term. If you decide after a short period of time that you are not interested then you may find yourself going back to your previous bad habits.

Nutrition is also a key factor. For more information on the benefits of maca powder, visit https://www.vivolife.com/blogs/news/a-big-maca-mistake-gelatinsed-vs-raw-maca-powder

You can do things like walking your dog everyday, taking a morning jog, going swimming, going mountain climbing, participating in a running club, or any other activity that allows you to move and be active throughout the day and be rewarded for it.
